An Evening of 3-D Art and Celtic Music at The Shed Contemporary Art, Dana Point on May 10, 6 PM
The Shed Contemporary Art in the Coastal Arcadian is hosting a
solo-artist reception for Artist Glenda Rolle and Celtic Harpist Wendy Tahara. The evening event of art and music is on May 10 in Dana Point.
A portion of all sales will be donated to Laguna Beach's Friendship Shelter for the Homeless.
Glenda's art incoporates found and recycled elements to tell a story of discovery. On display will be her 3-Dimensional mixed-media "Tread" sculptures, limited edition "Castaway Sand Babies", and a teaser of her stop-motion animated film "Rescued".
Wendy's enchanting Celtic Harp music has been called "soulful, evocative,
heart-healing and more. She has performed at Irish festivals, private concerts and is featured on the children's album "Say Darlin' Say".
