4th Annual Dancing For A Cause for Charity Ballroom Dancing Competition May 9 in San Clemente

Shimmy that Samba. Check out that ChaCha. Sashay down the Red Carpet in your most glittering evening wear. Dance until you can't stand up for your favorite charity. Six local organizations are joining together for Dancing For a Cause to raise money for their favorite groups on May 9 at the historic Casino San Clemente, San Clemente, CA. Hosted by the San Clemente Sunrise Rotary Club, festivities start at 6 PM for an evening you won't forget with a delectable dinner catered by Iva Lee's restaurant in San Clemente, the Dance Competition, and silent and live auctions. Local celebrities Tim Brown, Mayor of San Clemente, Michael Kaupp, Past President of the Downtown Business Association, and Katya Marshukova-Gross, professional Ballroom Dancer and Instructor will be judging dancing prowess for: Captain Donna Anderson - Words of Comfort,Hope and Promise; Sara Entezari - Kiwanis; LaVerne Friedmann-Laura's House; Rae Shirer - District Governor, Rotary International; Tracy Stay - San Clemente Abolitionists; and Steve Swartz - San Clemente Sunrise Rotary Club.


The winners will take home a cash prize for their charity and a trophy for this year's event.
Tickets are $125.00 per person on sale now. They will not be sold at the door on the evening of the event.
