43rd annual Silverado Country Fair & Steampunk Festival

Friday night “Steampunk” music fest 5-10 pm, “Unparade” Sat morning at 9 am followed by a two day Country Fair of Wild West action, Live Musicians, Art & Craft Vendors, Food & Beverages, 1800’s Activities & Silly Contests! Saturday night Music Fest 5-10 pm!

Come on out to Silverado and experience how the last of the “Simple Folk” join hands for a jamboree! Just miles from the inner city life of Orange County, lies the little ‘ole town of Silverado Canyon.
The event kicks off Friday night with the first ever canyon “Steampunk” music fest on October 11th! It’s gonna’ be like ‘cowboys n’ aliens’, with hillbilly country music (TBA) followed by renown electronic DJ, Rachael Starr Maloof, mixing music from 5-10 pm.
 
The Silverado Country Fair continues Sat -Sun with a wild west Unparade and cafe robbery, 2 day country fair of live re-enactments, Country, Bluegrass and rockin' Blues music, arts & craft booths, 1800's family activities and yummy eats at the local hillbilly fairgrounds.

Blessing the Country Fair Saturday will be the Acjachemen Tribal singers followed by Western Icon Productions, the 1800’s re-enactment group who will be getting everyone in the spirit of the Old West along with Rusty Richards, last singin’ cowboy of the Sons of the Pioneers! Country, Bluegrass, Classic Rock & Blues bands will entertain throughout the day including OC folks bands Canyon Creek Ramblers, Autumn Eyes and Sawtooth. The Saturday Night Music Fest will rock the canyons from 5-10 pm with special guest performances by The Budrows and the Fabulous Ricks Trio. Sunday’s line-up includes Shadybrook Bluegrass, Throwing Stones and closes with a GrooveSession dance party you don’t want to miss. 

The Silverado Country Fair is held at the hillbilly Silverado Fairgrounds (Community Center), located just one mile into Silverado Canyon, and only minutes away from the cities of Orange, Lake Forest, Santa Margarita and Irvine. Come experience one of the last Wild West towns of the OC and invite your friends and family! You’re all welcome to DRESS HILLBILLY WESTERN and bring ‘yer country attitude!  “No Hooch, No Pooch, No ATM!”…means bring yer’self some cash!
