Woman Allegedly Shoots Heroin in Pizza Hut

A caller reported that a 21-year-old woman was shooting up heroin in the bathroom of the Pizza Hut, located at the 30000 block of Alicia Parkway. The incident was reported at 8:36 p.m.

Tuesday, April 23: Suspicious Person 7:27 p.m. La Paz Road/Aliso Creek Road. A caller reported that a 25-year-old muscular man was marching around like a soldier outside the 24 Hour Fitness, asking for money. He was wearing a white undershirt, and black and navy nylon sweats. The caller had never seen him before and found it odd that he was in the area. 

Drunk Driving 8:04 p.m. Cabot Road/Crown Valley Parkway. A caller reported that two people were smoking out of a bong in a black car. 

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 10:29 p.m. 24600 block of Harbor View Drive. A caller reported that a male wearing a black hoodie jumped the fence to the pool area and appeared to breaking into an electrical box. (Dana Point)
