Presently, we are seeing upward and downward trends in the Dana Point and Laguna Niguel areas. While we are still seeing a Seller’s Advantage in both areas, the seller’s market remains stronger in Laguna Niguel.

Changes fluctuate in both directions regularly in both Laguna Niguel and Dana Point. Though we are continue in a Seller’s Advantage in both areas, we are edging closer to a Buyer’s Advantage in Dana Point.
