This week, the market profile in the Dana Point and Laguna Niguel areas has remained much the same with the exception of Dana Point’s median list price. We’re seeing an upward trend, climbing to an impressive $1,585,000, in the Dana Point area.

Both areas continue to be a seller’s market.
