Current Market Trends in Laguna Niguel and Dana Point

Currently inventory has been decreasing in both Dana Point and Laguna Niguel. Though, the strong upward trend in the median list price for Laguna Niguel, which rose to $957,450, has been favorable.

With fewer homes listed in Laguna Niguel, sales demand is up which resulted in increasing prices. We see no signs of prices softening from their current upward trend because of current supply and demand.
