Predictions for the New City Hall, Good or Bad?

The Sun is moving toward Spica (a fixed star I will talk about in more detail later this month), this will bring new ideas and innovations for the city plus good fortune in general.

Sometimes aspects with Spica can make people feel unsettled. This will be strongest in October and November. During which time it may be hard to get the needs met of every resident who comes into City Hall for a purpose. Patience will be needed while people get comfortable with new surroundings.

Mars sits in the 8th house (ruling money from taxes) and connected to the Moon in Virgo in the 6th (which rules careful planning) indicating that building is on a sound financial footing.

There may be some difficulty with the early on, as Neptune sits in the third. This may just indicate the learning curve city employees could have with new equipment; things may have to be shifted around or rewired here and there. This may cast a shadow on the project for a few months but after that clears both city officials and residents will be very happy with the new City Hall.
