The multi-million dollar deals brings back select stores, including the location in Laguna Niguel.

Don't cut up your Blockbusterrental card quite yet. The DISH Network has bought the chain with a winning bid of  $320.6 million in the auction process under the U.S. bankruptcy code.  As a result of the purchase by DISH, 22 stores in various cities throughout the country that had on April 10, are re-opening on May 6.

That's good news for those who frequented the the at 32361 Golden Lantern in the Ocean Ranch II Plaza that shut its doors and began liquidating a few weeks ago.

Employees at the store were busy this afternoon restocking and getting the store ready for its re-launch next week. A large banner that read "Store Closing" just weeks ago, now screams: "Reopening Soon."
