There are two new stores coming soon to the neighborhood and one of them is rather unique.
Sauna/Juice Bar Combo
If you want to sweat a little, loose a few pounds and then cool off with a cold glass of veggie juice, you're in luck.
A request to establish a combination personal service (sauna salon) and retail food establishment (juicebar) within an existing 1,440-square-foot vacant commercial suite formerly Sign Plus has been approved by the Planning Commission.
The business will have five infrared saunas and a variety of juices, and other consumables to aid in the detoxification of the body.
The store will be located at 27932 La Paz Road, Suite C and its proposed hours are: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Infrared heat is said to directly penetrate the body's tissues deeper. It reaches right into the muscle to soothe and relax naturally, and safely.

Looking for a place to get your hair trimmed or colored? A new Fantastic Sam's location has been approved. It will have six hair stations within an existing 1,440-square-foot vacant commercial suite, formerly Yamaha Music. The salon will offer full service hair care and beauty treatments on a walk-in or by appointment basis.
The salon will be located at 27932 La Paz Road, Suite D and its proposed hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
