Pizza Is all Greek to Laguna Niguel

Apparently, you like your Italian favorite with a twist.

Pizza may have been invented by the Italians, but Laguna Niguel residents prefer their pie with a Greek twist.

The Greek features olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, parmesan cheese – so far, not too crazy – and feta cheese, red onions, oregano and artichoke hearts.

Just like mama used to make!

Selling most of their pizzas by the slice, Ceballos said he makes at least a dozen Greeks a day.

“That’s the one everybody orders.”

So Laguna Niguel, instead of mangia, mangia, we say: φάτε φάτε!
