OC Weekly Reviews Dana Point's Tavern on the Coast ...

Been to the new Tavern on the Coast restaurant in Dana Point yet? OC Weekly's Edwin Goei has, and while he declares their burgers to be "instantly forgettable" and the salads "a weakness," he heaps much praise on such items as the confit of whole duck leg, which he actually calls "life changing." As for the salmon:

"It's seasoned properly, pan-fried until a golden crust forms while the core remains supple, and then served so piping-hot the first few bites obliterated my upper palate."
