More Tips Before Heading Out from Militarybenefits.info and see what other restaurants outside of the area are offering:

  • Review the official site information and rules before heading out. Many web sites are listing previous years promotions that are no longer valid.
  • Be sure to bring proof of military service, uniform photo or be in uniform.  Proof of military service varies by company.
  • Be sure to note if the Veterans Day tribute is on Sunday, Nov. 11, Monday, Nov. 12 or even longer. Some have set hours as well.
  • Many of the restaurant free meals are for dine-in only.
  • Many of these promotions include small print that says participating locations only. Unfortunately individual franchisees may choose not to participate. Fortunately, some franchisee’s participate even if the corporate company does not.
  • Call ahead if you’re unsure about anything.

I hit enter in the comment and it posted - I wasn't done! Why would it post if you don't clickRead More "post comment"?! I read one story and the scrunched up left placement gave me a headache. The ad column on the right is way too big - too wide. If they made that smaller, swapped the "board" column and the news (so the news was in the middle), I think it would be easier to read.

With the ad block on the right and the boards info in the middle, it feels like the news part isRead More scrunched too far to the left.
