Possible Locker Thief Hits LA Fitness Centers

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Aug. 10-11.

The located at the 30200 block of Crown Valley Pkwy., received a warning from a sister location in Irvine, that a male client was possibly stealing from five different lockers on Aug. 10 at 1:50 p.m. The manager wanted to give the local gym a heads up.

Saturday, Aug. 11:

Suspicious Person 5:00 a.m. 23700 block of Bayside Lane. A caller reported that three to five individuals were looking for drugs they threw into the bushes earlier near the pool area.

Vandalism Report 1:52 p.m. 24300 block of Pasto Road. A man reported that someone smashed a window of his vehicle. (Dana Point)

Friday, Aug. 10:

Trespassing 5:39 p.m. 0 block of Dunn Street. A man reported that the pool boy he fired in February was in his backyard, and he believed he was putting chemicals in his pool.

Suspicious Person 7:02 a.m. 32500 block of Azores Road. A woman reported that her 20-year-old son had a friend stay over, and she didn’t think she was good for him. She claimed her elderly mother’s caregiver was putting stuff in her food. She also called back because she thought her son was being raped. When police spoke with her son, he said his mother is schizophrenic. (Dana Point)
