La Dolce Vita Italian Fest Continues Sunday in Laguna Niguel

The event featuring all things Italian ends at the end of today. Enjoy chalk art, food and entertainment, right here in the neighborhood.

Last year thousands of people came to the city to enjoy a bit of 'the sweet life' also known as the La Dolce Vita Italian Festival.

This year, even more are expected, at the corner of El Lazo Rd between Alicia Parkway and La Paz in Laguna Niguel. FREE parking in the Chet Holifield Building parking area.

Click here for a list of events and times, ranging from bands to spaghetti eating.

Free admission:

Saturday, Oct. 6, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 7, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Of course, there will be Italian cuisine on hand including pasta, pizza, and gelato. After you eat, enjoy a Lucy moment in the grape stomp or feel like Lady and the Tramp in the spaghetti eating contest. You can also just stroll through the festival enjoying the intricate chalk work of I Madonnari.

Bring your kids to play in Il Giardino while you sip on Italian Wine and Beer while listening to Italian performers.

There will be shopping, too, thanks to the finest Italian Vendors in Il Mercato.

Expect all day and night entertainment, and keep your eye out for the Italian celebrities.

I hit enter in the comment and it posted - I wasn't done! Why would it post if you don't clickRead More "post comment"?! I read one story and the scrunched up left placement gave me a headache. The ad column on the right is way too big - too wide. If they made that smaller, swapped the "board" column and the news (so the news was in the middle), I think it would be easier to read.

With the ad block on the right and the boards info in the middle, it feels like the news part isRead More scrunched too far to the left.
