Free Screening at Luxury Cinema for Stand Up Paddle Documentary

Documentary featuring Dave Kalama and more airing for free Wednesday night.

Patch readers are invited on a first-come, first-served basis to screen the action sports film "H2Ind0" Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, 32401 Golden Lantern in Laguna Niguel.

The free movie features Dana Point paddle pro Chuck Patterson and fellow Orange County local Dave Boehne.

Here is how promoter Cory Ceizler describes the movie:

H2indO is an exciting journey to Indonesia with seven of the world’s greatest stand up paddlers.  Dave Kalama, Connor Baxter, Slater Trout, Talia Gangini, Chuck Patterson, Dave Boehne & Jamie Mitchell spend 12 days on a private boat to stand up paddle Indo’s most famous surf breaks. The result is a personal and compelling look at the world’s fastest growing sport through their eyes. The surfing images and underwater photography are breathtaking.  The joy, humor and camaraderie are memorable. The story is unexpected and remarkable.
