Dana Point Boat Show Coincides with National Marine Day

The annual boat show and green expo is headed into town June 9-12.

What better way to celebrate a beautiful California day than by attending the 11th annual Dana Point Harbor Boat Show & Green Expo, from June 9-12.

Boats of all shapes and sizes will be on display to ooh and ahh over, as well as to buy. Incidentally, June 11 is also National Marine Day, so grab your captain's hat or first mate and head on over.

"On National Marine Day, June 11, 2011, we rededicate Dana Point Harbor to being a local, environmentally friendly destination serving Orange County as a gateway for family and friends to enjoy one of America’s great natural resources, its waterways," said Brad Gross, director of the O.C. Dana Point Harbor.

He will be hanging out with the Dana Wharf Sportfishing gang at the show on Friday and again on Saturday in the afternoon.
