'Breaking Bad' TV Star in Laguna Niguel Tonight to Promote New Film

Aaron Paul, who stars in the hit AMC drama as Jesse Pinkman, will answer questions and talk about "Smashed," a film targeting alcoholism. Tickets are $10 and seating is limited.

The two-time Emmy winner, actor Aaron Paul of TVs Breaking Bad, will be in Laguna Niguel tonight to promote his new film, Smashed.

The comedy-drama about a married couple whose bond is built on a mutual love of alcohol gets their relationship put to the test when the wife played by actress, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, decides to get sober, says IMDb.

Since Breaking Bad premiered in 2008, Paul has starred with Bryan Cranston in the series created and produced by Vince Gilligan. The drama takes place in Albuquerque, N.M., and centers on Cranston's character, Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with advanced lung cancer at the beginning of the series. He later turns to a life of crime, producing and selling methamphetamine with his former student, Jesse Pinkman played by Paul. White's main objective is making sure his family's financial future is intact before he dies.

Paul will be at Regency Rancho Niguel for the 7:20 p.m. performance of his Smashed. A short Q & A will follow the film, which will be hosted by the President of the Orange County Screenwriters Association, Mark Sevi.

"Aaron is coming as we planned this to be a special event for our Regency customers. This is a rare chance to take part in a panel Q & A without having to make a drive to L.A. Down the road, this  is something we want to do on a regular basis,  once the theatre is fully " said Regency General Manager Greg Le Noue.

Paul is also engaged to , president and co-founder of the Kind Campaign, a nonprofit organization that addresses what she calls girl-against-girl "crimes."

Cost: Regular admission prices, $10 for adults, $7.25 for seniors, and$8.75 students w/ I.D.
