You Tweet, We Tweet, The Pope Tweets

He already has a billion followers, now Pope Benedict XVI is on Twitter. Locally, there are Laguna Niguel and Dana Point folks who are also tweeting up a storm.

Tweeting has reached everyone from the Laguna Niguel Lions Club to yes, even The Pope.

In fact, Pope Benedict XVI, who already has 1 billion followers in another capacity, will be tweeting from a personal account accordng to Fox News.

There is also a general Twitter account already active with almost 18,000 followers.

The Fox report says: "Vatican spokesman the Rev. Federico Lombardi made the announcement Thursday, saying details about Benedict's handle and other information will come when the Vatican officially launches the account, perhaps before the end of the year."

I hit enter in the comment and it posted - I wasn't done! Why would it post if you don't clickRead More "post comment"?! I read one story and the scrunched up left placement gave me a headache. The ad column on the right is way too big - too wide. If they made that smaller, swapped the "board" column and the news (so the news was in the middle), I think it would be easier to read.

With the ad block on the right and the boards info in the middle, it feels like the news part isRead More scrunched too far to the left.
