A man reported he witnessed a woman allegedly being mugged in the street. The incident occurred on Sunday, Dec. 2 at 9:43 p.m., at the crossroads of Selva Road and Golden Lantern Street in Dana Point.

Sunday, Dec.2:
Suspicious Person 9:28 a.m. Vis Montemar/Coronado Pointe. A caller reported a man set up a tent on the hill and was sitting on a rock smoking a cigarette. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt.
Suspicious Person In Vehicle 10:13 p.m. Calle Maria/Avenida Las Palmas. A caller reported two people were driving around honking and flashing their headlights. The driver was driving erratically and put a paper in front of his face as he passed by. (Dana Point)
Saturday, Dec. 1:
Disturbance 2:43 p.m. Moulton Parkway/Aliso Creek Road. A caller reported several juveniles in a dark blue GMC SUV, drove up to a female jogger and threw water balloons at her. The caller believed the juveniles were drinking beer inside the car as well.
Citizen Assist 6:37 a.m. 0 block of Street Martin. A man rported his residence was toilet-papered, food was dumped on his car, and a light was knocked over.
