A caller reported that a security officer at the Wind Ridge Apartments confronted a transient in the gym area, who then broke through a window and ran away. The incident occurred at 1:20 a.m. at the 24900 block of Hidden Hills Road.

Saturday, March 9:
Suspicious Person 9:11 p.m. 27400 block of Manor Hill. A caller reported that someone attempted to open her front door. The caller heard banging and the subject ran off when she turned on a light. The subject was a 20-year-old blonde male wearing a gray sweatshirt.
Disturbance 5:25 p.m. Highlands Avenue/Alicia Parkway. Juveniles were throwing water balloons at passing cars at the entrance to the Hill Crest Estates.
Assist Outside Agency 1:40 a.m. 23700 block of Mariner Drive. A caller reported that a drunk male fell from a balcony after fighting with his girlfriend. The caller reported that he might have jumped on purpose because he thought he was trying to freak out his girlfriend. (Dana Point)
