Members, friends and guests of the Los Ninos Guild of CHOC viewed a
beautiful sunset on Saturday, Oct. 27 at the guild's Fall Wine event fundraiser
at the Laguna Niguel home of Susan and Bob Pesavento.

Guests were greeted by Los Ninos President Pam Fetzer as they gathered  at the lovely home of their gracious hosts to raise funds for CHOC. Wine from Woodworth Vineyards in Temecula were featured and hors d'oeuvres were provided from Jay's Catering of Garden Grove. The event committee included Dianne Preston, Eileen Matthews, Barbara Daggett, Linda Garner and Phyllis Holmberg.

The Los Ninos Guild of CHOC was established locally in 1969, and since that time has contributed more than $1 million in support of CHOC Hospital in Orange and CHOC Hospital at Mission.

Los Ninos Guild has dedicated $50,000 of its most recent fundraising to provide one of three triage suites in the emergency department of the new state-of-the art CHOC patient care tower. The grand opening of this new 426,000 square- foot tower in Orange is scheduled for March 2013.

I hit enter in the comment and it posted - I wasn't done! Why would it post if you don't clickRead More "post comment"?! I read one story and the scrunched up left placement gave me a headache. The ad column on the right is way too big - too wide. If they made that smaller, swapped the "board" column and the news (so the news was in the middle), I think it would be easier to read.

With the ad block on the right and the boards info in the middle, it feels like the news part isRead More scrunched too far to the left.
