Homeless Set Up Poker Game Outside Donut World

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department on March 27 in Laguna Niguel.

An associate at Donut World reported that about 8-10 homeless subjects were using the trashcan as a poker table and drinking. The caller took pictures. The incident occurred at 11:25 a.m. at the 34100 block of Doheny Park Road.

Wednesday, March 27:

Assist Outside Agency 3:50 p.m. Camino del Avion/Niguel Road. A caller reported that a dog bit her. Animal Control was notified.

Welfare Check 6:40 p.m. 24300 block of Rue de Gauguin. A caller reported that he was conducting a welfare check on his ex-wife and he could see her passed out through the window on the floor. He told the dispatcher she had a history of alcoholism. The Orange County Fire Authority was enroute. (Dana Point)

Suspicious Person 8:37 a.m. 24400 block of Mozer Drive. A caller reported that a male subject was standing in front of his residence staring into his garage on numerous occasions. He was wearing a white t-shirt and jeans. The caller believed he could be a neighbor, but wanted it documented. (Dana Point)
