Women Find Blood Trail, Writing Near Fire Station

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Aug. 4-5.

While with other women at a caller reported that they witnessed blood on a trail near the station, and strange writing on a wall. The writing appeared to have been written in blood. The incident occurred on Thursday, Aug. 5, at 5:40 p.m. at the 31400 block of the Street of the Golden Lantern.

Thursday, August 5:

Citizen Assist 8:05 p.m. 33400 block of Nottingham Way. A man reported that he was having an issue with his neighbor’s dog. He was possibly biting his dog. (Dana Point)

Suspicious Person 11:48 a.m. 0 block of Silent Knolls. A woman reported that someone left a sexually explicit message on her voicemail, and that the caller knew her personal information.

Lost Property 2:59 a.m. 32400 block of the Street of the Golden Lantern. A woman reported that she lost her purse at the theater, and no one would let her back in to look for it. She requested police attempt to let her in. She was told she could look for it during regular business hours on Aug. 5.

Wednesday, August 4:

Disturbance 2:17 p.m. 0 block of Siena. A caller reported that naked children were defecating on the sidewalk.

Suspicious Person 12:13 p.m. Moulton/Crown Valley parkways. A caller reported that a driver of a maroon Honda van, who was outside of Children’s Orchard, was drinking "a cold one."
