An Altercation ... over Soda?

A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department on March 13 in Laguna Niguel.

A caller reported that a male approached him, asking for a soda, and when he told him he did not have any, the subject threatened to hurt him. The subject was 27 years old, and was wearing a black hoodie, jeans and red shoes. The incident occurred at 1:29 p.m. in the 34000 block of El Encanto Avenue in Dana Point.

Welfare Check  8:47 p.m. 23500 block of Belmar Drive. A caller reported that he observed several subjects walk into the home of his elderly obese female neighbor who lives alone. They turned over mattresses and then closed the drapes.

Suspicious Person  9:29 a.m. 24900 block of Eaton Lane. A caller reported that someone put a razorblade behind the tire of her vehicle.

Petty Theft 8:32 p.m. 32900 block of Pacific Coast Highway. A caller reported that a male stole a pack of cigarettes, lit one up inside the store and left. The subject was in his 30s and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans. He was last seen walking around in the parking lot. (Dana Point)

Disturbance 12:51 p.m. Stonehill Drive/street of the Golden Lantern. A caller reported that subjects were throwing eggs off the balcony, from the apartment at the corner. (Dana Point)
